 Thermaltake Silent Water CPU Cooler Review

Introduction
Last month we meandered into the realm of water cooling with the Cooler Master Aquagate Mini R120 unit, this month we are taking a look at the Thermaltake Silent Water. The Thermaltake Silent Water, while being very similar to the Cooler Master Aquagate, is very different than the Aquagate Mini R120. The Silent Water pushes 71 liters per hour, where as the Aquagate pushed a mere 45 liters per hour. There is a separate pump on the Silent Water, while the Aquagate had the pump housed within the CPU block. Sure these are minor things but how much of a performance difference may factors like these produce?
Our friends over at Directron.com were kind enough to provide this kit for us to review today. Arriving well packed the Silent Water was delivered in perfect condition.
