Introduction
Today 3DXtreme is presenting our latest review, thanks to our friends over at ComputerGate, of the SanDisk 265MB Cruzer Micro Flash Drive and MP3 Companion. The SanDisk 256MB Cruzer Micro is nothing more than a USB thumb drive however SanDisk has also created the MP3 Companion turning this 256MB of storage into an MP3 Player.

At first sight this is a great idea, there would be no drivers or cables needed and the ability to store data as well as MP3s was very innovative. The MP3 Companion would let the user purchase additional Cruzer Micro drives or upgrade to something bigger later on. The idea, while simplistic, immediately grabbed my attention and it was only a matter of days until this unit arrived at my house.
