Saitek GH30 Vibration Headset Review
Author: Dean Nottis
Date: January 3, 2008
Supplied By: Saitek
Price: $40 USD

A Closer Look
Taking a closer look at the Saitek GH30 Headset we can see they are attractively designed. The padded earphones and top bar has been designed for comfort. The microphone is integrated and non-removable so that it won’t get lost like that last headset I owned.

The cable contains a 1/8” headphone connection for both the sound and the microphone. These are color coded but on the same cable which might be difficult if you are connect them to anywhere other than a soundcard.

To power the Vibration Bass for the GH30 the user has the choice of using a USB adaptor or battery pack that takes 2x AAA batteries.

There is an inline controller for volume, bass and to enable or disable the vibration effect.
